Top officials within the B.C. and Federal RCMP have been made aware of the new
evidence in the murder of Mindy Tran. They have the authority to call for or to
call off an investigation. Unfortunately, both of the top RCMP members in Canada
have also being accused of covering up other sexual abuse cases even within
their own ranks.
